Now, more than ever, our Annual Meeting is designed with young leaders in mind. Our workshops are cutting edge; our events are inclusive. Our Future Ag Leaders, Class 1, will be in attendance ready to engage with fellow first-timers. We will be reaching out to Arizona and California ag colleges and universities to participate and attend. We encourage you to consider sending some of your staff and/or children to this Annual Meeting.

In addition to our Wednesday morning on-property golf tournament at the picturesque Tom Fazio course, The Grand Del Mar offers a variety of fun and healthy activities. Enjoy complimentary golf flex, fitness walk, spin and sculpt classes, bocce, croquet, a variety of yoga sessions or just relax by the pool. Also consider indulging in a spa treatment, exploring the local scenery on horseback, kayaking in La Jolla Bay, or challenging a colleague to a friendly game of tennis.

For more than 80 years, Western Growers members have been meeting yearly to tackle the tough issues facing our industry. Many of our members have been growing nutritious food for even longer, tending to their land and honoring their family legacy for generations. As one member said, "We invented sustainability."
